The School Hall serves as a versatile space where children gather for special events, performances, and celebrations. It is a hub for nurturing creativity and community spirit, offering young learners their first taste of stage exposure and audience interaction.
Although the school keeps screen-time to a minimum at the Pre-Primary level, classrooms are equipped with smartboards and interactive technology that brings lessons to life. Multimedia tools make learning engaging, promoting curiosity and understanding through visually rich content tailored for young minds.
Book Fairs in the Infant School are organised in collaboration with various publishers and bookstores to promote a love of reading. These fairs give students the opportunity to explore a diverse range of books across different genres and discover new authors, fostering a vibrant reading culture.
The month of October each year is observed as the Disability Awareness Month to promote inclusivity and understanding. The special educators lead interactive sessions with students, teachers and parents on Awareness, Acceptance, and Action in connection with the different invisible disabilities encompassing learning disabilities and invite all to engage with and understand neurodiversity better. Students participate in activities like skits, songs, and poster-making to express their learning with the aim of building a supportive environment for all.
The most popular annual event, the Infant School Fun Fair transforms the school environment into a festive wonderland, with enchanting decorations creating a vibrant atmosphere. Children enjoy playing games, savouring delicious food, and filling their bags with goodies and gifts. It’s a day of pure joy and excitement for all.
Each year, the little stars of Infant School fill Grandparents’ Day with joy and love. The children sing songs, while some grandparents join in for an impromptu dance and sing-along. Handmade cards and personalised crafts are created by the students. Grandparents share their wisdom with the students. A photo booth captures special moments, and the event ends with tea and refreshments. The day strengthens bonds and leaves lasting memories.
The Infant School's Annual Sports Day is filled with energy and excitement. It begins with a captivating display of student skills in Gymnastics and lezim drill followed by engaging and competitive races. The crowd's cheers foster an atmosphere of enthusiasm and sportsmanship. With a blend of skill and teamwork, the event creates lasting memories for participants and spectators alike.
