The Career and University Counselling Department is committed to supporting students in discovering their strengths, exploring meaningful pathways, and making informed decisions about their future. Our core values are rooted in student-centred guidance, integrity, respect for individual aspirations, and ethical counselling practices. We believe that every student’s journey is unique, and our role is to help them find the right-fit pathway rather than a one-size-fits-all destination.
Through individual counselling sessions, group workshops, and parent interactions, students receive support in subject selection, career exploration, psychometric assessments, and university planning. As they progress, counsellors provide structured guidance with application strategy, profile development, essay writing, AP planning, and interview preparation.
The department also enhances student exposure by organising university fairs, group sessions with visiting university representatives, and guidance on summer programmes and enrichment opportunities. Our aim is to empower students to become confident, independent decision-makers prepared for success in higher education and beyond.
