Learning Resource Center
The Learning Resource Center ( LRC) is a unit that supports children who need to cope with the expectations of the mainstream curriculum. Children with learning or behavioural difficulties are given parallel teaching support by special educators. The curriculum is followed parallel to the mainstream classroom, where the content of the syllabus is taught and supplemented. Remedial intervention, support material, and strategies are woven in the differential teaching process in the LRC classroom for English and Math. The goal of the LRC is to provide all fundamental and necessary support to enhance a child's performance to his/her optimum potential and integrate with grade level expectations.
